Kazakhstan Visa Application
For Estonian citizens 
Visa is not required when traveling for less than 30 days.
Visa types:
1) Private visa (with a time period up to 90 days)
2) Visa with a tourism purpose (with a time period up to 60 days)
3) Visa with a business purpose (with a time period up to 365 days)
4) Transit visa (with a time period up to 90 days)
Documents needed for visa application:
1) An original passport valid for minimum 6 months after visa expiration date.
2) Copy of the first page of the passport with applicant’s personal details.
3) Filled in and printed out visa application form with one passport picture sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm

The application form should be printed out on one list of paper and should be filled in on both sides. Please DO NOT glue the photo to the application form.
4) Personal letter with a request of a visa with aims and period of visit to Kazakhstan notified

Additional documents needed for a visa with business purpose application:
A copy of invitation from the Republic of Kazakhstan with a number of visa support by Ministry of International Affairs of Republic of Kazakhstan (obligatory for a 2-entry, 3-entry, and multiple visa).
Additional documents needed for a transit visa application:
A copy of a visa to a third country if such a visa is needed.
Visa issuing time:
Visas of all types are issued in 5-9 calendar days.
In addition:
1) The Consulate may demand additional documents.
2) A migration card has to be filled in when you enter the country.

Kazakhstan visa prices for travel agencies (registration is required)
For Russian Federation citizens 
Visa is not required.
To enter the country you will need:
1) An original passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the end of your trip.
2) A return ticket (bus, airplane, train).
For stateless with Estonia residency (with undefined citizenship) 
Visa has to be obtained prior your trip starts.
The terms of visa application are the same as for Estonian citizens.
* There has to be a permit of Estonian residency in the passport. Or you can use ID-card, which is valid or at least 6 months after the end of your trip.
In order to obtain a visa with a private purpose or a 1-entry visa with a business purpose, you have to submit an original official invitation from Kazakhstan (not copy).
* If the person was born in Kazakhstan, than official invitation is not required (only for private visa up to 30 days).
